Forge is excited to announce significant expansions underway at its Jacksonville, Florida facility. The project began on June 19, 2024, and involves a strategic reconfiguration designed to enhance operational efficiency, increase production capacity, and offer improved services to clients.

Breaking Down Barriers for Growth

The Jacksonville facility will expand into an adjacent suite by removing the wall that currently separates the two spaces. This expansion will not only increase the facility’s physical footprint by 40,000 square feet, but also streamline processes, reduce redundancy across all Forge facilities, and ultimately expand workload capacity.  

Enhancing Inventory Storage and Equipment Installation

A primary goal of the expansion is to improve inventory storage capabilities. With increased space, Forge can better organize and manage inventory, ensuring prompt and efficient fulfillment of customer demands.  

In addition to enhancing storage capacity, the expansion will also allow for the installation of new finishing equipment and additional transactional equipment. This investment in state-of-the-art machinery will enable Forge to handle a higher volume of work, process it more quickly, and deliver even higher quality products to clients and their customers.  

Lastly, a standout feature of this expansion is the planned installation of a new envelope maker. This addition will significantly boost Forge’s capacity to produce envelopes in-house, providing customers with more reliable and versatile options.
