Forge is proud to highlight Rachel Wenrich, our dedicated Quality Officer. Rachel's commitment to excellence extends beyond just the products we deliver; she believes in the quality of every aspect of the Forge experience, from initial interactions to ongoing support.

Rachel joined Forge in September 2021 as a Team Manager in Commercial Print Services (CPS). Her impressive background, which includes a journey from receptionist to operations manager at Xerox, showcases her dedication to growth and leadership. This dedication led her to apply for the Quality Officer position, where she quickly demonstrated her commitment to quality and her ability to create lasting solutions.

For Rachel, quality isn't just about the final product; it's about every step of the process. "It's like a delicious meal," she explains. "Even the best food can be ruined by poor service or ambiance. We strive for excellence in every aspect, from initial sales to implementation and delivery. And when things don't go as planned, we dive deep to understand why and create permanent solutions to prevent future issues."

Rachel's commitment to quality extends to our operational pillars, embodied in the STARS program: Security, Timeliness, Accuracy, Reliability, and Standardization. Rachel plays a key role in supporting and educating the Forge team on the importance of these principles, ensuring that every team member understands their role in upholding the highest standards.

Rachel's passion for quality is evident in her professional goals. She aims to be a leader who makes a meaningful impact, whether it's by improving quality, mitigating risks, or contributing to positive health outcomes. She's driven to give her all and utilize her strengths to benefit the organization. Rachel is also a dedicated learner, currently pursuing her MBA with a focus on Organizational Management, highlighting her commitment to personal and professional growth.

Forge provides Rachel with the support and opportunities she needs to achieve her goals. "The management at Forge is incredibly supportive of those who take the initiative and want to grow," she says. "We have opportunities for stretch assignments, where we can try new things and expand our skills. We also have access to numerous learning resources through Workday, Udemy, and continuing education benefits."

Outside of work, Rachel embraces family time with her six children and five grandchildren, enjoying adventures with her fiancé, biking, hiking, and engaging in competitive board games. Her passion for word games is evident, making her a reigning Boggle champion. She also volunteers as an EMT for youth sports, demonstrating her dedication to community and serving others.

Forge is fortunate to have Rachel as part of our team. Her commitment to quality, her dedication to both professional and personal growth, and her passion for the STARS program make her an invaluable asset.
