Kayla’s journey with Forge began years ago in the Technology organization when the company was knows as HM Document Solutions (HMDS). Her deep familiarity with the company’s innovative client solutions made her return to Forge a natural choice. With her extensive experience and successful track record, Kayla is well-equipped to lead the team into a new era.

In her new role, Kayla is focused to position Forge as a thought leader and key brand in the market. Her objectives include improving client engagement, scalability, self-service, standardization, and employee satisfaction. Kayla is excited about utilizing Forge’s collaborative and innovative environment to achieve these goals, aligning with the company’s commitment to scalability, client empowerment, and work-life balance.

Kayla expressed her enthusiasm returning to Forge, stating,

Outside of work, Kayla embraced new adventures with her partner Jason and their newborn daughter, Auri. They enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and nature walks, mindfulness practices, exploring new places, and relaxing at home with a cozy movie night!
